Privacy Policy (Short Version)
This privacy notice explains the type, scope and purpose of processing personal data within our online offering. The relevant legal bases are set out in the GDPR (in particular Art. 6 para. 1).

- Communication data (e-mail, content) for handling enquiries.
- Usage data (e.g. page views) for reach measurement and optimisation – where lawful.

Regularly Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests, e.g. operation/IT security), as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures) and – where required – consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (e.g. for optional analytics).
4) Storage period
We process data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply.
5) Recipients / processors
Where service providers are engaged (e.g. hosting by Strato), this is done on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

7) Book Chat / AI features
Questions submitted via the Book Chat are processed technically in order to generate answers. The text you enter is transmitted to our AI infrastructure for dialogue processing. We do not store personal content longer than necessary to provide the answer.
